Web Experience
I start with a creative brief that defines goals, target audience, deliverables, and key milestones. By involving key stakeholders and focusing on user-centric design, I am able to create a compelling web experience that resonates with the audience and drives business results. In-App Experience
In-app experiences should be an extension of a brand identity. I work closely with key stakeholders to integrate the company’s brand's visual elements, tone, and personality into the app's design. This cohesive approach reinforces brand recognition, fosters trust, and leaves a memorable impression to users. Staying at the forefront of in-app design, I collaborate closely with User Research teams or conduct my own research to gain a deep understanding of users' needs. This approach allows me to ensure that the design is not only user-centric but also ADA compliant, making the app accessible and inclusive for all users.
Internal Experiences
I enhanced our internal design process, aiming to create a smoother experience for the entire team. By implementing strategic improvements, I created greater efficiency and reduced friction in our day-to-day operations. These enhancements have led to a more seamless and productive design process, fostering collaboration and enabling our internal teams to work more effectively and harmoniously towards our shared goals.
